Please read the following before agreeing to membership at Golf Te Puke:

Standard of Dress Required

On the Course

A standard of dress suitable for the playing of golf and the event being played at the time
Footwear capable of damaging the course such as cleated soles is certainly not permitted

In the Clubhouse

Clothes and footwear carrying mud or sand from the course should not be worn
Clothes worn should not be offensive to others and shirts with inappropriate messages cannot be worn
Guidelines are available and if in doubt check with the pro or office staff. Common sense is the prevailing attitude

a) Personal information concerning me provided to the Te Puke Golf Club Inc, (“the Club”) whether contained in this application of otherwise obtained is provided and may be held; used and disclosed by the club, to enable the club to:
